Storm Shield Roofing is a partnership between good friends: Tom Sullivan is an experienced roofing expert and Rick Jacobson is an award-winning home remodeler.
With over 25 years in the commercial and residential roofing, Tom Sullivan is a highly skilled roofing professional delivering the best possible service. Tom has extensive experience with commercial and residential roofing project management and handling insurance claims for our customers.
Rick Jacobson began his long career as a remodeling contractor in 1984. Rick’s projects have received favorable customer and media reviews for his home additions, kitchen, bath, and basement remodeling projects. Rick has been featured on KARE 11 TV and in Mpls/StPaul magazine.
Jacobson Construction enjoyed a strong relationship with Houzz.com and earned Customer Service Awards 11 years in a row, with 5-star ratings in every one of those years.
Rick sold Jacobson Construction in 2025. But he soon realized that he still has energy to invest in a related business. That’s when Rick and Tom formed this new thriving partnership in the roofing business.
